A carrot fly-resistant variety with an excellent flavour and a good crunch.
Best grown as a Second Early or Maincrop.

Description

It's all very well producing a carrot fly-resistant carrot, but ultimately it is flavour that is important. In our opinion Resistafly has an excellent flavour, good colour and good shape - what more could you ask for?

A hybrid of Nantes bred by the British seedhouse Tozer, Resistafly has excellent tolerance to carrot root fly.

Best grown as a Second Early or Maincrop.

Sow late April to June.
Sow thinly in rows 12" (30 cm) apart. Sow in ½" (1 cm) deep drills.
Thin out to 2-3" (5-7.5 cm) apart when large enough to handle - make sure you eat the thinnings!
