Description

For cut flowers and bouquets this is unexcelled.

A spray flowered variety producing numerous semi-double flowers on a single stem. Flowers range in colour from blue to red to white, each with a distinctive yellow centre.

Recommended by the RHS to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects.

  • Half-hardy Annual.
  • Excellent For Cut Flowers.
  • Flowers August to September.
  • Grows to approximately 2½ feet (75 cm) tall.
  • Sow outside August to September in a sheltered nursery bed or cold frame, then transplant the following April to their final position, planting 6" (15 cm) apart.
  • Sow under protection March to April in seed trays (do not cover seed). Transplant into pots when large enough to handle and grow on. Harden off and plant out after the risk of any further frosts, planting 6" (15 cm) apart.
