Description

The perfect Cucumber variety, ideal for school lunch boxes as it produces bite-sized fruits around 4-6" (10-15 cm) in length; these are a great favourite with children.

Fruits are crisp and have a sweet juicy flavour.

Primarily for growing under protection this variety may also fare well in a sheltered spot outside.

Being an all-female variety, it is best to remove the male flowers (identified by not having a tiny fruit behind the flower). If male flowers are left on these may pollinate the flowers, causing the fruits to become bitter to taste.

Recommended by the RHS to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects.
