Ribes uva-crispa 'Invicta'

Description

This fast growing variety produces heavy crops of yellow-green fruits which are large and literally bursting with flavour.

The plant itself is particularly well suited to training as it is both vigorous and spreading in habit. And, as well as being resistant to mildew it also has the benefit of growing well even in shade.

  • Harvest from July.
  • In bush form 'Invicta' is best planted 5 x 5 feet (1.5 x 1.5 metres) apart and kept at around 3 - 4 feet (90 - 120 cm) tall.
  • Self Fertile.

This plant is protected by the Plant Variety Rights. Illegal propagation without a licence will lead to prosecution.
