Pyrethrum Seed Mix

A well known cut flower that is particularly useful in filling that colour gap between Spring and Summer flowering subjects.

A lovely mixture of semi-double and single flowers in shades of red, white pink and rose. We have also added the variety Robinsons Red to add crimson scarlet to that mix.

• Hardy Herbaceous Perennial.
• Excellent for Cut Flowers.
• Flowers May June.
• Grows to 18 - 24" (45 - 60 cm) tall.
• Sow February July in seed trays and just cover.
•  Germinate and grow on under protection (germination can be slow; from 21 - 60 days).
• When large enough to handle prick out (transplant) into individual pots or module trays.
• When rooted through and more mature harden off and plant out after the risk of any further frosts, planting 12" by 12" (30 by 30 cm) apart.
