How To Prune and Train a Grape Using The Guyot Method

We hand you over to our good friend Mark Diacono and his 'chum' Trent to shed some light on the mysteries of Guyot training grapes.

Whilst Mark is of course famous foronce being the Head Gardener of River Cottage and writer of a book or two - he is of course an avid fan of climate change farming and owns the only climate change farm in the UK - Otter Farm. This clip was taken by Mark in his own vineyard on his farm.
