Favourite Recipes

Here at Victoriana we believe in eating what we grow. To this end we often swap recipes amongst ourselves for cooking both the normal and more unusual vegetables and fruits that we sell. Below you will find some of our favourite recipes and cooking ideas. We do not pretend these are all new or revolutionary but simply our own 'tried and tested' favourites.

As we believe in cooking fruit and vegetables as they are in Season we will add to these recipes as the Seasons change (and when we get time); we make no excuse for our recipe selection being somewhat eclectic - that's the way we are here!
