Citrus limon 'Villa Franca'

White flowers with a delicate purple tinge and a rich Citrus scent are followed by well shaped and good sized fruits which are juicy and with very few seeds.

A mediumly vigorous variety which can be thorny in its early years - though this is more than made up for by the quality and quantity of fruit produced.

Self fertile and due to its flowering / fruiting cycle is capable of giving an almost continuous supply of Lemons.

Can be grown outside through the Spring and Summer months but needs frost protection (a minimum of 5°C and ideally 10°C or higher).

Supplied as a grafted tree - bushy and approximately 2ft tall.
