Pomegranate

Punica granatum

Bright scarlet flowers are followed by the familiar golden skinned fruits that hide the sweet juicy red crimson flesh.

Considered by many to be frost tender these will actually take mild frosts occasionally. Grow in large containers and move in for the Winter months or grow in a warm sheltered spot in the garden.

Supplied as a pot grown plant approximately 4 - 5 feet tall (including pot).
