Apple Tree 'Jonagold'Malus domestica 'Jonagold'
A large, juicy, red flushed eating apple with a sweet honey flavour. Produces heavy crops of large apples. Season of use November - January. First introduced 1943, USA. Triploid variety - requires two other apples (different) to pollinate. Grown on M26 root stock for an ultimate (un-pruned) height of 8-12 feet but can easily be kept at a height of 6-8 feet. Supplied as a bare root tree pruned to approximately 4-5 feet tall (including roots). Back to Fruit Trees and Nut Trees
