RHS Award of Garden Merit
Our most popular apple. Unsurpassed in flavour, no better Winter dessert apple. Season of use October - December. Partially self fertile but pollination by another apple will maximise yield. First introduced 1770, France. Grown on M26 root stock for an ultimate (un-pruned) height of 8-12 feet but can easily be kept at a height of 6-8 feet. Supplied as a potted tree pruned to approximately 4-5 feet tall (including pot). Back to Fruit Trees & Nut Trees
