Supplied as a pot grown tree approximately 2 - 3 feet (60 - 90 cm) tall including pot.

Produces heavy crops of gorgeously sweet figs in the Autumn. Fast into production, it is not unusual for it to produce fruit in the first Season.

In its own right this is a beautiful shrubby tree with large deeply lobed dark green leaves and an interesting twisting and turning branch structure.

  • Self Fertile.
  • Best grown in a sunny sheltered position - a South West facing wall or fence would be ideal.
  • Restriction of the roots will prevent the tree growing too large and keep it fruitful; so consider either growing in a large container or by making a planting pit - lining the sides of a 3 x 3 x 3 feet (90 x 90 x 90 cm) hole with paving slabs and the base with brick rubble before refilling with soil - and planting into that.

Supplied as a pot grown tree approximately 2 - 3 feet (60 - 90 cm) tall including pot.

Just a note to say how pleased I am with the carnations I ordered earlier this year. They are putting on a tremendous show and the perfume takes me back to sitting in my grandfathers garden in the 1940s.Do you or will you have any different varieties,if soI would like to order.
