Supplied as one child's hand trowel.

This really is a 'proper' hand trowel - just smaller in proportion and so perfect for young hands.

There's nothing novel or bendy about this as its made to the same high standards as Burgon & Ball's  famous tools for grown ups - and as Burgon & Ball have been making tools in Sheffield, England for over 280 years they know a thing or too

• Rubberwood handle, with solid stainless ferrule for maximum durability.
• Long angled neck (tang) for ergonomic working. Dished body with minimum interference from the tang to carry full loads.
• Sturdy and attractive thong.
• Length overall approximately 8½" (22 cm), width approximately 2½" (6 cm).

We would say this hand trowel is the perfect size for children 3 - 10 years in age, or possibly older (the tag on the tool says, "PS Just a word of warning, as these tools are so cute and lovely you might find your mum and dad have their eyes on them so we recommend storing them in a top secret place.")

This tool is not a toy and should be used under appropriate adult supervision.
