Sometimes known as Fairy's Thimble, this pretty little rockery perennial will slowly spread to form a delicate looking ground cover; it is in fact fully hardy. From July to September it throws a succession of small blue bell shaped flowers. Thrives in a moist but well-drained soil. Prefers sun or partial shade. Recommended by the RHS to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects. Supplied as compost block grown plants.
