A much improved favourite from more than two centuries ago! Selected and hybridised from the wild form from North America; just as the late Mr Russell did so much to improve the common or wild Lupin a succession of seedsmen, possibly including our own ancestors, have really excelled in producing such a worthwhile colourful perennial plant for your garden.

They produce spikes of flowers that resemble Snap Dragons (Antirrhinums) from deep purple, crimson red, bright pink and a host of intermediate shades and bi-colours.

Flowers June to September.
Grows to approximately 2½ ft tall.
Thrives in full sun or partial shade and most soil types.
Plant 15" apart.

Supplied as compost block grown plants (supplied in mixed colours only).

Just a note to say how pleased I am with the carnations I ordered earlier this year. They are putting on a tremendous show and the perfume takes me back to sitting in my grandfathers garden in the 1940s.Do you or will you have any different varieties,if soI would like to order.
