Discount Scheme For Allotment Society / Association Members

We are happy to offer Allotment Society / Association Members a discount of 10% across our entire product range (this discount does not extend to the carriage element of any order). To claim, simply enter ALLOTMENTD10 on the discount code page and detail the Allotment Society / Association that you are a member of in the Special Instructions box of our checkout.

Discount Scheme For Schools & Children (even at home!)

The most important life skill of all is to be able to grow your own food - grow what you eat. To this end we are so very happy to offer Schools a blanket discount of 20% on seed and plant orders and 10% on garden tool and sundry orders (this discount does not extend to the carriage element of any order).

To claim, simply enter SCHOOLD20 on the discount code page for seed and plant orders... or SCHOOLD10 on the discount code page for garden tool and sundry orders; our system only allows the use of one discount code at a time - so if the order includes both seeds/plants as well as sundries use just one code and we will manually deduct the discount from the other items. If the order is not being delivered directly to the school we will need the full postal address of the School involved as well the contact details (telephone number/email address) of a named member of staff/volunteer responsible for the school gardening club.

We are very, very much more than happy to extend our scheme to children 'at home' - so please feel free to put together an order, and perhaps combine it with other parents/guardians (something to talk about at pick up time) - once again all we ask is that we deliver directly to the school or alternatively that we have details of a named member of staff/volunteer responsible for the school garden club who has knowledge of the order.

No School Garden Club?
Well, firstly moan to your school - bombard them - there's no excuse! Every school should have a gardening club!
We would still love to help your children garden and so are happy to offer our discounts to them - to claim we will need the postal address of the School your child attends and the name of the member of staff you moaned to (hopefully the Head!) - that's all we need to know!

A Special Note
We believe our discount scheme for all schools across the Country to be generous - we don't know any company (big or small) as generous (and please remember our scheme is 'forever' - not just a month or so!). Being a small family business we regret that we simply cannot afford to donate to every school that request 'free items' and so we currently have a policy of making further donations (above the details of the scheme above) to local (Kent) schools only.

If you are someone wanting to sell our seeds or plants from your farmers market stall or in your shop (maybe just a small range of herb seeds in your butchers shop, for instance) - but wouldn't class yourself as a proper 'trade' customer - please contact us as we are more than happy to talk to you and quote, and unlike most of the larger seed suppliers do not not expect a huge initial order!
