A useful Spring vegetable producing several nutritious small heads per plant. Out of interest, and to extend the Season, we offer a blend of both purple and white sprouting broccoli that does not come all at once - but will extend from February until May. Recommended by the RHS to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects if allowed to 'go over' and flower (so if you have room leave any plants in that have gone too far rather than pulling them out straight away).
