Cauliflower Plant - Cut 'n' Come AgainBrassica oleracea 'Nine Star Perennial'An excellent multi-headed cauliflower that is perennial in habit. Each plant will produce approximately ten or more tennis ball sized heads per year (one customer grew 39 heads on one plant in one year - is this a record?). As this variety of vegetable is not on the EEC Approved Vegetable Seed List we are only able to supply these as plants; trade with Europe, not be governed by Europe! Many excellent varieties of vegetables are banned by the EEC. Supplied as compost block grown plants.

How To Grow Cut 'n' Come Again CauliflowersCan be planted out any time of year as all plants we supply are grown outside all the year round and are totally frost hardy. Protect from Pigeons - Pigeons love Brassicas (so do Partridges!) Do not overfeed winter crops as this makes them more susceptible to frost damage. Take precautions against the dreaded Cabbage White Butterfly - inspect your crop regularly, spray with our BioFriend Plant Defence regularly or use a physical barrier such as insect netting. |
