These are more than a little bit rude - and have on more than one occasion been described as the World's most pornographic pepper because of the penis shaped fruits.

The green juvenile fruits mature to a bright red and have a mildly hot flavour. Preferring partial shade and wind free conditions, the fruits hang down all but vertical.

Fruits vary in size from around 2" - 4" (5 - 10 cm) in length and up to 1" (2½ cm) in diameter. The plant grows to around 2 feet (60 cm) tall by a similar spread.

Origin: USA.
Heat: Medium Hot.
