Tomato Seed 'Abraham Lincoln'

Lycoperiscon esculentum 'Abraham Licoln'

The American seed company R.H. Shumway (established in 1870) described this as a world beating tomato. The breeder of this exceptional tomato was H W Buckbee in 1923. More than 80 years on we have secured seed of the original true parentage (not to be confused with the modern variety ‘Abe Lincoln’). We are the only UK source.

Fruit can range in weight from 1lbs to 3lbs. Grow this variety with its fine smooth skin and so rich in flavour named of course after that famous or infamous President Abraham Lincoln.

Suitable for both indoor and outdoor cultivation.

This is an indeterminate variety best grown as a cordon (vine).

Supplied as a packet of approximately 15 seeds.
