Beta vulgaris subsp. cicla var. flavescens 'Bright Lights'

This can crop over nearly two years before running to seed.

Colours of the stems of this spinach range through white, cream, yellow, orange, crimson, purple and bright red!

Can be used in salads, stir fried or lightly steamed. Rich in iron. Good for the heart.
