Chinese Artichoke Tuber (Crosnes)

Chinese Artichoke Tuber (Crosnes)

Stachys affinis

We thoroughly recommend this hard to find vegetable that is easily grown. You eat the tubers either raw or slightly stir fried. If you wish you can steam them too.

Also known as Crosnes. These are usually found in the most expensive restaurants. They have a really delicious nutty flavour.

Supplied as freshly dug and washed tubers.
