Supplied as a bare root grafted vine approximately 12" - 18" (30 - 45 cm) tall including roots.

Described as a white grape, the ripe fruit is actually a blue-grey colour ('gris' is French for grey). Whilst originating from France, it is probably most famous in Italy where it is known as Pinot Grigio - as is the resultant wine made from it

• Originally from France.
• Mid-Season fruit ripening.
• Winter wood ripening is good - so can be grown both outdoors or under protection (greenhouse, polytunnel or conservatory).
• Can be trained using either the cane replacement method or spur pruning.
• Self fertile.
• Fruit contains seeds.
