Burdock Seeds

You may not know much about Burdock but its main use over the years has been to make beer, mead and then fizzy drinks but it can also be used to reduce fever, increase urine flow, and kill germs amongst many other things.

However the main reason most people grow it in their garden or allotment is to eat the root in the first year and the stems in the second year. We believe that the Japanese also eat the young leaves, which are rather bitter in taste.

We offer seeds of burdock, which is a biennial plant. We can send them to you at home, or you can come and collect them from the nursery. Why not give burdock a try?
