Description

An excellent gift for the pudding, jam and jelly maker!... Even if that gift is for you!

Everyone knows of the Blackcurrant (and how tasty it is) - but many forget about the White Currant and Red Currant, which is such a shame as they are all equally worthwhile. And so we have selected one of each of our favourite Currants to give an 'instant' Currant Collection!

All are wonderful for pies, jams and jellies, all are self fertile.

Recommended by the RHS to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects.

  • Harvest from late July.
  • Self Fertile.
  • If growing in bush form these are best planted 5 x 5 feet (1.5 x 1.5 metres) apart and kept at around 4 - 5 feet (1.2 - 1.5 metres) tall.
