Description

Also known as Dattier Saint-Vallier, this hybrid grape came about as part of the breeding program that brought us Seyval Blanc, but is more suited to eating. The large green fruits have a sweet, slightly muscat, flavour - but not too overpowering!

  • Originally from France.
  • Mid-season fruit ripening.
  • Winter wood ripening is good - so can be grown both outdoors or under protection (greenhouse, polytunnel or conservatory.
  • Can be trained using either the cane replacement method or spur pruning.
  • Self fertile.
  • Fruit contains seeds.
