Description

Reaching around 16" (40 cm) high this is a lovely cut flower producing pretty lacy flowers in a range of colours from pale blue, dark blue, light pink and deep pink.

Excellent for cutting, the seed pods can be dried for Winter decoration indoors.

Recommended by the RHS to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects.

  • Hardy Annual.
  • Excellent for Cut Flowers.
  • Flowers July – September.
  • Grows to approximately 16" (40 cm) tall.
  • Sow March to April, or August to September (if over wintering), where they are to flower.
  • Sow thinly 1/8" (0.3 cm) deep in rows 12" (30 cm) apart.
  • Thin to 9" (23 cm) apart.
