Description

Back in the 1940s and 50s these were very popular cut flowers but are hardly seen these days.

A mix of three distinct varieties that we are sure will delight you.

On a culinary note, the petals can be used raw in salads to bring a dash of colour, or they can be dried and used as a saffron substitute.

In the American civil war marigolds were used to treat open wounds!

Recommended by the RHS to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects.
