Description

This radish seed is simply stunning with it's deep red colour. Full of vitamins, minerals and anthocyanin it makes a perfect seed for micro greens and sprouting with it's slightly spicy flavour.

Great for the impatient grower who wants to eat healthy!

  • To grow as micro greens:
    • Sow onto damp compost and lightly cover.
    • Harvest when approximately 1 - 3 " (2 - 7 cm) tall.
    • They may require extra heat at certain times of the year (and it certainly speeds up the process).
  • To grow as sprouting seeds:
    • Soak the seeds at room temperature for approximately 8-12 hours (until the seeds are about four times their original size).
    • Place the seeds into your tray (or sprouter)
    • Rinse the seed every 12 hours for 2 to five days, trying not to disturb them.
    • Should be ready to harvest in approximately 6 days, depending on temperatures.
