Description

Don't let the dried up disappointments that you buy at the supermarkets put you off growing these! Like so much 'home grown' the flavour and texture is completely different - so sweet and so so crunchy. The only problem is that once you harvested and eaten your own you'll never want to eat shop bought again.

Each plant will produce four or five pale yellow cobs that are best harvested when around 4" - 6" (10 - 15 cm) long. Eat them raw in salads, stir fry or steam - gorgeous.

Extremely vigorous and easy to grow, these are a firm favourite with Milly and Molly.

As you eat these before pollinating there is no need to worry about growing these in blocks as you do conventional Sweetcorn either.
