Our Feedback
What an amazing service -- customer care at its best -- we ordered 4 fruit trees, 2 of them were slightly damaged, they were replaced immediately without any fuss and arrived 2 days later!

The Perfect End To Winter

With frosty nights and warm sunny days we think March has started off as the perfect end to Winter! It actually makes a change to not have to struggle and put a positive slant on what is usually the negative of our weather - no doubt it will all change by the end of the month and we'll be moaning like everyone else, but meantime...

Here on the nursery we are more than busy. Our mini vineyard is all but complete, new planting is going on around the site both to reinforce our natural shelter belts and to also 'pretty things up' - and that doesn't even mention the 'day job' of growing things to sell!

As usual, our problem at this time of year is lack of space! We've increased our heated propagating area by one third, but that's already over capacity! And under glass and plastic we're also jammed to the gunnels. Which way to turn?

This month we're pleased to welcome back Nikki who is now overseeing our packhouse after an eight year (is it really that long) sabbatical from us. We're also pleased to welcome Krisztina to the team - all the way from Budapest - and very much look forward to sharing our knowledge with her whilst learning how things are done in Hungary!

Be sure to follow all our antics at the nursery on Twitter, Facebook or Google+ for daily updates and general banter posted with a grin.
