Description

These stunning flowers, look as the name suggests, like a fishing rod! The have stunning pink bell like flower which hang from its arching stem with evergreen, grass like foliage.  These plants may take a few years before they start to flower, but then they can self seed (depends how happy they are!)

Originates from the Grassland of South Africa.

  • Hardy, perennial.
  • Can reach 4 feet (1.2 metres) tall, 2 feet (60 cm) spread.
  • Likes a sheltered and sunny position.
  • Needs well drained soil.
  • Flowers mid-Summer to Autumn.
