As the quest for ever hotter varieties of Chilli continues, we realise that some people just can't stand the heat, be they very young children or simply adults that spicy food doesn't agree with.

'Fooled You' has all the flavour of a traditional Jalapeño, making it perfect for Salsas and other Mexican dishes or simply for topping a pizza, but none of the heat.

The 3-4" (7½-10 cm) long fruits are very fleshy, giving a great crunch to any dish. Usually eaten when green, they can be left to mature to a bright red. The plants grow to around 3 feet (90 cm) tall and reliably produce a good heavy crop of fruits.

  • Origin: Mexico
  • Heat: Sweet - 0 SHUs.
