Our Feedback
I just want to say what marvellous beetroot and sprout plants you sent me. I have never got such good plants from other suppliers.

How Hot Is That?...Chilli Pepper Heat Guide
Supplied as a packet of approximately 8 seeds.
This Product is Available Now.Originating from Nagaland, India, this is the slightly cooler cousin of the Bhut Jolokia; the reality is that at these sort of heat levels it would be virtually impossible for a human to detect the difference!
Commonly known as the Snake Chilli or Serpent Chilli it really does have a bite! It needs handling with care at all times as even the seeds can cause burns when sowing! The immature green pods are fiery hot but once they mature to red they are literally blistering and even the tiniest amount of cut flesh touched on to human skin can cause agony.
This variety has long been coveted by the Bangladeshi community in this country - and is one of the varieties our friends from our local Indian restaurant always make a beeline for when they come to harvest a few fruits for their home use.
This is also the parent of the Dorset Naga - though, as it would appear that the Dorset Naga is simply a reselection (ie a result of collecting seeds from the best fruits year on year) as opposed to being a new hybrid variety, we do question whether it should have a different name at all.
The pale green fruits have a crinkled appearance and mature to a rich red, measuring 2-3" (5-8 cm) in length and 1-1½" (2.5-4 cm) in diameter (at the shoulder) tapering to a point. The plant has a fairly dense habit growing to approximately 2-3 feet (60-90 cm) and a similar spread.
To ensure good germination a constant compost temperature of 82° - 86° f (28° - 30° C) is recommended. Germination can be slow and take three weeks or more.
