Pollinator Friendly

Lavandula angustifolia 'Pink Perfume' is a robust evergreen shrub with silver-grey foliage and unusual rosy-pink flowers that apepar between July and September. A compact plant, reaching 1.1.5 ft (30-50 cms) in height, it's very adaptable, happy in containers, in borders, or as an edging for a path. Like all lavenders, it likes a warm, sunny spot, in well-drained soil, and is drought-tolerant once established.  Very easy to look after, it needs little work once it's established.  Trim back by a third after flowering to maintain shape, but don't cut too hard into the woody parts of the plant otherwise it won't recover
