Description

Semi double flowers of rich golden yellow with russet coloured centres. A long lasting cut flower with a very long flowering season.

Recommended by the RHS to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects.

  • Half-hardy Annual.
  • Excellent for Cut Flowers.
  • Has edible flowers.
  • Flowers July until first frost.
  • Grows to approximately 24" (60 cm) tall.
  • Sow February June in seed trays and just cover.
  • Germinate and grow on under protection.
  • When large enough to handle prick out (transplant) into individual pots or module trays.
  • When rooted through and more mature harden off and plant out after the risk of any further frosts, planting 12" by 12" (30 by 30 cm) apart.
