Our Feedback
I’d just like to say how delighted I was with the 10 Lobelia Queen Victoria plants I bought. My experiences of buying plants through mail-order companies has been regrettable! After each experience I vowed never to do it again... - but where needs must I took another chance and I'm so glad I did! Because I was only paying £12.00 (plus delivery) for 10 plants, I have to say that I wasn’t exactly expecting a great deal in the way of quality... but how wrong was I! I could not believe how healthy and well established the plants were! Many thanks, Pete

Description

This is an excellent quality tree stake made from Chestnut, made locally - as well as the all important adjustable tree tie manufactured from rubber to provide the ideal cushioned restraint with room to let it out as the tree grows, thus not harming the tree. Please note that depending on the girth of the trees that are used these may sometimes be split to offer a sensible size to offer support.

With the UK experiencing ever more unpredictable weather we do recommend staking our fruit trees, although it is not essential, in exposed areas and certainly freshly planted trees it does help them stand up straight and gives the tree a bit more support.

  • Approximately 4 feet (1.2 metres) tall.
  • Pointed end for easier installation.
  • Complete with rubber buckle tie.

Due to the size and weight of these stakes we are only able to pack up to six in one parcel, if you require more than six stakes please place several separate orders (otherwise you will be charged for a pallet delivery). We apologise for this but we cannot afford to absorb the cost of the additional delivery charges.
