Delicious cut-and-come-again 'lettuce' – whilst not officially a lettuce, Catalogna is very similar in its use. It can be a great addition to your salad leaf collection with the great advantage that you cut it and it grows back! It can be harvested from early summer to early winter and its lovely, green, lobed leaves should not be missed.
