We have long held the belief that school gardening has a significant role to play in the development of many important skills for children. Whilst modern life is increasingly drawing children to stay inside, there is a real concern that the 'natural' outside world and all it has to offer isn't being explored and discovered as much as it should be.

Our school gardening seed collection packs give teachers and parents alike a chance to encourage their children to experience the great fun and excitement that planting and growing can offer, allowing kids to really enjoy the different seasons and offering great rewards at the end of each project! The seed packs and planting activities offer children an opportunity to work together in groups in stimulating activities outside of the classroom and importantly, they also allow little ones to learn from an early age where their food comes from and how they make a small but important impact on their local environment.

Our school gardening edible seed collection packs are available in seasonal packs that coincide with each school term, and have been developed to work with many projects as included in the Department for Children, Schools and Families Growing Schools Year Planner.
