Description

A thin good-sized chilli with an average length of 4" (10 cm).

Ring of Fire is a little bit smaller than a Cayenne pepper, but has a similar heat and looks great on the plants!

Whether picked green (it's early into fruit) or red it has a lovely flavour and a decent 'kick'. This is a very versatile variety that is great for making sauces with - but similarly dries well to make attractive and functional ristras or chilli flakes.

The compact but bushy plant grows to around 3 feet (90 cm) tall with a similar spread.

  • Origin: USA
  • Heat: Extremely Hot - approximately 70,000-80,000 SHUs
