Our Feedback
Reading your website, I entirely agree with this quote you feature:"It is no mistake that when you buy their plants they arrive packed so carefully that even if they have travelled hundreds of miles, they're still perfect on arrival." I unpacked this order, after collecting it from the pier where our freight is delivered by ferry. The layers of plants amazed me, so carefully laid so closely together, and still damp in heavy duty waterproof bag. Instructed by the absent gardener I gave them another drink, and placed the plants upright in their packaging, in the greenhouse, to await his return, checked next morning that they had not been eaten, and were still damp. Look forward to future use!

How Hot Is That?...Chilli Pepper Heat Guide
Supplied as a packet of approximately 10 seeds.
This Product is Available Now.From the same family as the Habanero, this variety was bred by our friends at the Chilli Pepper Institute of New Mexico State University (CPI) and has all the flavours of a Habanero but far less of the heat.
The word 'Suave' is Spanish for mellow, smooth or mild. The pods have a citrus-like flavour with an orange lemony overtone and an apricot aroma. The very mild heat is felt in the back of the mouth and throat and not on the lips and tongue. A heat rating of just 800 SHUs makes them around 280 times cooler than a conventional Habanero and over 500 times cooler than our Caribbean Red Habanero.
The 1-1½" (2.5-4 cm) long by 1-1½" (2.5-4 cm) diameter fruits start off pale green before turning red. The plant has a bushy and dense habit, growing to around 3 feet (90 cm) tall and 2 feet (60 cm) in diameter. Fruiting is prolific, with 100 fruits per plant not unusual.
To ensure good germination a constant compost temperature of 82° - 86° f (28° - 30° C) is recommended. Germination can be slow and take three weeks or more.
