I bought a Kumquat tree from you and it arrived within a few days and was in excellent condition. The packing around it ensured it wasn't damaged. Thankyou

Description

Described as a white grape, the ripe fruit is actually a blue-grey colour ('gris' is French for grey). Whilst originating from France, it is probably most famous in Italy where it is known as Pinot Grigio - as is the wine made from it.

  • Originally from France.
  • Mid-season fruit ripening.
  • Winter wood ripening is good - so can be grown both outdoors or under protection (greenhouse, polytunnel or conservatory).
  • Can be trained using either the cane replacement method or spur pruning.
  • Self fertile.
  • Fruit contains seeds.
