A member of the Apple Mint family that is a hybrid of the grapefruit mint.

The Pineapple Mint has a hint of pineapple so is great added to fruit salad or juice drinks.

Has a beautiful green leaf edged with white - very pretty.

The Ancient Greeks would rub tables with mint before having guests as a symbol of hospitality.

Recognised to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects.

  • Hardy perennial.
  • White / cream flowers.
  • Reaches 8 - 12" (20 - 30 cm) tall.
  • Prefers a partial shade position (but will take full sun).
  • Likes moist, rich soil.
  • We recommend growing this in a pot as it is invasive if planted in the ground.

  • Good for making mint sauce with.
  • Great for adding to juice or making tea.
  • Flowers are edible.
