Paul Babra, Indian Chef, has worked his magic with our Chilli Crop and produced a spicy Indian-style Condiment Chutney that can be used in so many ways!
- Perfect to add to Dips, Marinades or Dressings.
- Thinly spread on Toasties or Baguettes.
- Add to Curries to give a real kick with an authentic Indian flavour.
- Add to Stir Fries or even Pasta.
- Or simply eat with Samosas, or Cheese and Crackers.
At first glance, the price of this may look a little high. But remember this is quite a big jar and highly concentrated - so a little goes a long way for all but the faintest of heart!

Anyone who came to Challock Chilli Fest in the last few years will remember Paul & Rani Babra's Indian Street Food stall.
Having only moved from Jodphur, India in the mid 90's their food is truly authentic - which is why Paul is much in demand as a chef, teacher of Indian cooking and event caterer. Along with all this he has also found time to launch a range of Paul Babra Chutneys & Sauces.
Passionate about usingse local ingredients wherever possible, it was more than logical for Paul to conjure up an entirely new product using our annual Chilli crop! And so we bring you Dynamite...
