Our Feedback
I was badly let down by one of the big seed and plant companies. My replacement order from Victoriana was sent quickly, well wrapped and the plant was very healthy. Will definitely be a customer again.

Description

A very fancy fuchsia indeed, 'Fancy Pants' has large, double flowers, the tube and sepals of which are bright red, while the corolla is purple fading to a reddish hue. This free-flowering fuchsia has a vigorous, upright, bushy growth.

  • Plant out from late May all through the summer.
  • Hardy once established.
  • Suitable for potting on or, dependent on time of year, planting straight into the garden.
  • Late autumn garden planting should be avoided as the plants will not have time to establish before the winter.
  • If grown in containers and left outside all winter they may not prove fully hardy as container growing does not afford the same level of root protection as growing in the ground.
  • In severe winters additional protection may be required for plants in the ground or left outside in containers. We suggest covering the plant with straw then inverting a large pot or bucket over it to provide further protection.
