Description

Brunswick forms a more compact and bushy plant quite quickly reaching up to 19.5 inches (50cm). The leaves are deeply cut with jagged edges, looking similar to oak leaves with a strong fruity scent. The flowers are a coral rose but have a dark red streak coming from the centre of the flower on the more visible petals.

This variety was bred by Edna Popperwell's in the 1990s.

  • Flowers from April to October.
  • Grows to around 12 inches (30cm) wide and around 19.5 inches (50cm) tall.
  • Frost tender- so ensure these are given winter/ frost protection.
  • Water well and then ensure the soil is dry before watering again.
  • Best grows in more sunny positions.

Recognised to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects.
