Description

A Winter Heath with a low growing habit, with amazingyellow/golden foliage tipped with bronze, deepening to orange-red/dark gold in very cold winters, sometimes speckled with red. Racemes of tubular, purplish pink flowers, often sparse.

Makes a great ground cover plant.

Originated from the European Alps.

Recognised to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects.
