Description

A compact evergreen that likes full sun and a moist, well-drained soil. Winter Heath 'Mary Helen' has gorgeous yellow-gold foliage in summer, turning to bronze in the winter.

This Winter Heath has pretty pink flowers, which appear between February and April. Plants reach a height of 8 - 10" (20 - 25 cm), with a spread of 12 - 18" (30 - 45 cm). 

Winter Heath 'Mary Helen' was introduced by Peter J. Foley of Holden Clough nursery in Lancashire in 1984, and named for his daughter.
