Our Feedback
The above order has just arrived. All the plants are in very good condition-Thank you. I have, over the years, become used to plants arriving badly damaged from other suppliers, generally because they were not packed properly-these were packed very well. Again thank you.

Producing large, rich golden-orange fruit, blushed with red, with a lovely sweet and juicy flavour. The dark red flesh comes away from the stone easily making it great for bottling or making jams.

Like all Apricots, it is not prone to peach leaf curl, and is part of the rosaceae family.

Suitable for both growing under protection and outside, this variety is particularly good at coping with colder temperatures.

Originates from Hungary where apricots have been widely grown for centuries.

  • Season of use approximately July.
  • Self Fertile - but pollination by another apricot will maximise yield.
  • Grown on St Julien A rootstock for an ultimate (unpruned) height of 12-15 feet (3.65-4.6 metres) but can easily be kept at a height of 6-8 feet (1.8-2.4 metres).
  • Likes a sunny position.
Available from approximately mid November 2018
