A delightful dwarf evergreen conifer tree with bright golden yellow-green foliage that matures to a deeper yellow green; slow growing and isn't too keen on wind, so best planted in a sheltered spot.

Grows into a neat conical shape making it a lovely ornamental tree for your garden, whether that be in the border, a pot or as a formal conical hedge.

Originated from seed collected in Oregon and California, USA and sent to Edinburgh in 1854 where the Lawson Nursery created this Lawson's Cypress.
